Our Volunteer Coordinator is Molly Ralphson

The post is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and she works from the office within the Shop and Library building.

Molly overseas our volunteers: inducting new volunteers, creating & delivering training & rewards, supporting individuals and overseeing Work Experience & Duke of Edinburgh students.

All of this helps to keep our volunteer rota filled, and so our shop open 7 days a week
