Conditions of Hire

TO MAKE A BOOKING: Please email our bookings team at bookings@trawdenforest.com. Please include your name, email address, contact phone number, date(s) required and a brief description of your requirements (including the nature of the event).

 

Once the event has been provisionally booked, you will receive an invoice. When the invoice has been paid your booking is confirmed.

 

Please note that you will have to confirm that you have read and agree with the Conditions of Hire & Emergency Procedure. These are designed for your safety and to ensure that the centre is fit for use by others after you finish.
